  • Payment and subscription reference numbers
  • Account status changes resulting from successful payment

These transaction records serve as definitive proof of completed purchases and are maintained for a minimum of seven (7) years for legal and financial compliance purposes. In the event of any payment disputes or claims of non-receipt of services, these logged records will be used as authoritative evidence of transaction completion and service delivery. Customers may request copies of their transaction logs by contacting our support team.

By completing any payment transaction, you acknowledge and agree that our transaction logging system provides accurate and complete records of all payment activities, and you accept these records as valid proof of successful payment completion and service delivery.

4. REFUND POLICY AND CHARGEBACK PREVENTION

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICES IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
